T Club (also known as 玩具站 / T CLUB Hong Kong) is a major official toy distributor and retailer in Hong Kong. They work directly with well-known brands like Takara Tomy and handle official releases, pre-orders, and distribution for toys across Hong Kong and Macau.They operate both physical stores and an online shop, and they are one of the main authorized channels for new Takara Tomy Beyblade products in Hong Kong.For our RBGB Claiming Service, T Club is the official store that processes and releases the RBGB units we claim and pick up.

Please read carefully before submitting the claim form.We do not have access to T Club's Google Form. The instructions below are only a guide to help you fill it out correctly.⚠️ IMPORTANT: Once submitted, you may NOT be able to edit your response. EMAIL

Enter your email address to receive a copy of your form responses.

1. CUSTOMER NAME

❗ DO NOT ENTER YOUR OWN NAMEYou MUST enter: Xyriz CruzThis is required because I will be the one personally claiming your RBGB Prizes in Hong Kong. Putting your own name in the form disrupts the flow of our claiming process.

2. CUSTOMER PHONE NUMBER

Enter MY phone number, [09763198689], for the same reason above.

3. CUSTOMER EMAIL

Input YOUR active email address, as this is where you will receive the confirmation email. Make sure the email is correct.

4. TICKET REDEMPTION CODE

As stated on the form, you must include - (hyphen) in the code; otherwise, it will be invalid. Double-check your entry before submitting. Note: For Valkyrie Volt it only has 11 texts. (XXX-XXXX-XXXX)

5. BEYBLADE EXCHANGE

Select the correct Beyblade that corresponds to the redemption code you entered. If you have multiple codes, you must fill out the form separately for each one.

NOTE: Please disregard the prices listed in HKD. The claiming service fee already includes the cost of the Beyblades. No additional payment is required beyond the amount posted on our page, except for the shipping fee.

6. TOY STATION PICKUP BRANCH

❗Choose Toy Station (Mong Kok Branch 1) [Shop 106, 1/F, TOP Shopping Mall, 700 Nathan Road, Mong Kok (Tel: 3619 0086)] as the pickup branch:Failure to select the correct pickup branch may incur an additional fee depending on the distance. If the chosen branch is too far, we may have to decline the claiming request.

7. UPLOAD SCREENSHOT OF THE CODE FROM THE APP

Take a clear screenshot of the redemption code from the app and upload it as required. Sample photo of what needs to be uploaded.

As stated in the form, email confirmations from T Club are expected to start being sent out in July onwards. If you submitted your entry during Batch #8 (March 23 to April 1), you may also receive your confirmation around that time.

If you receive an email confirmation, it means that your RBGB prize has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup.

Once you have received an email confirmation, send us a message on our Facebook Page Bibe X or to my personal account to notify us and forward it to this email: [email protected]

We will announce the payment deadline once you receive your email confirmation and the claim date has been posted on our facebook page.Failure to make the payment within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the claiming service.We use WISE for overseas transaction

I will personally travel to Hong Kong to claim your RBGB Prizes. The claiming date will be announced once we receive your email confirmation. Please note that claiming usually takes 3–4 weeks from the date of your confirmation email.Some items may be shipped via FedEx due to volume, which takes around 3–4 business days from when it was dropped off.

If you live within Metro Manila, we can have it delivered through Lalamove or GrabItems will be coming from MandaluyongIf you live outside of Metro Manila, we can have it delivered through LBC only.
